Construction of a new fishing pier by the Spring Bayou Restoration Team at the Boggy Bayou Boat Launch on Spring Bayou Wildlife Management Area (WMA) has been completed, the Louisiana Department of Wildlife and Fisheries (LDWF) announced.

The jamboree begins at 6 p.m. with Eunice High playing Beau Chene followed by Opelousas High vs Northwest High at 7:15 p.m. and North Central High vs Port Barre High at 8:30 p.m.  The format is for two 10-minute halves with kickoffs, two timeouts per half and no overtime. Blue Jays start fall camp
