Blue Jays hone skills with summer 7-on-7 games

St. Ed’s head football coach James Shiver is all-in on the idea of 7-on-7. He throws his team neck-deep into the mud of the local 7-on-7 circuit throughout the summer in preparation for the upcoming football season. His philosophy is simple.

The Eunice Recreation 10u All Stars team are the Mustang Super Regional Champs. The team won the tournament the weekend of June 27 in Youngsville. They move onto the Zone tournament July 16-19 in Scott. The World Series would be their next round if they win the Zone tournament.
