Melder, Vidrine exchange vows during evening ceremony

St. Thomas More Catholic Church in Eunice was the setting for the evening double ring ceremony uniting Heather Jade Melder and Edward Vidrine III in Holy Matrimony. The evening ceremony was held on Saturday, April 6 at 6 p.m. with Rev. Clinton Sensat, and Deacon Timothy Marcantel officiating.

Top LEAP students honored at East

East Elementary held a LEAP pep rally the Friday before testing. Fourth grade students were recognized for their test scores from last year. They were awarded with T-shirts and gift cards. Students were also treated to snacks, face painting, and music.

Leader In Me projects at Highland Elementary

The Leadership Environment Action team at Highland has completed several Leader in Me themed projects around campus. The first project was the 7 Habits Sign displayed outside the school office allowing staff and students a reminder of the habits daily. This was a group effort.
