Goodhope Place tenants give thanks

Tenants at Goodhope Place Apartment came together in prayer, Giving thanks for what they are thankful for during this Thanksgiving season. They were also served a luncheon that included a turkey with all the trimmings.

Eleanor Picard Evan and Ali Picard of Church Point announce the birth of their daughter, Eleanor Grace Picard, born at Acadian Medical Center on Nov. 6 weighing 6 pounds and 13 ounces. Maternal grandparents are Penny and Barry Levie of Sunset and Carl and Stacey Daigle of Church Point.

Shoppers start off Saturday morning early at Cafe Mosaic to get coffee before shopping the 19th annual Noel On the Prairie open house shopping spree. The holiday shopping event was held Saturday and some businesses were opened Sunday.
