Eunice resident shares her encounter with Queen Elizabeth

The death of Queen Elizabeth II prompted Eunice resident Donna Baltakis to share her encounter with the queen.
The queen died at the age of 96 on Thursday at Balmoral Castle in Scotland after serving 70 years on the throne.
