St. Mathilda Catholic Church held its Ash Wednesday fish dinners fundraiser Wednesday with pick up at the Bishop Ceaser Center. Volunteers from the community as well as from the church helped cook, prepare, and serve ticket holders. The lunch dinners with a donation of $12 included one fried catfish, catfish courtbouillon and rice, sweet green peas and a slice of cake. St. Mathilda Church will continue every Friday during the Lent season to offer the public fish dinners with a donation of $12 a dinner. Pick
