EHS FFA dog wash service project scheduled Sept. 16 The Eunice High FFA members will have a service project, a free Dog Wash, to be held from 9 a.m. until 11 a.m. Saturday, Sept. 16 at the Eunice Tractor Supply, located at 1559 Hwy. 190 west in Eunice.

Donald D. Martel passed away on Friday, September 1, 2023 at the age of 78. A Mass of Christian Burial will be held at 11 a.m. on Tuesday, September 5, 2023 at St. Thomas More Catholic Church with Father Sam Fontana Celebrant. Burial will follow in St. Lawrence Cemetery.

Hazel Bradley Reeves was the special honoree at the senior luncheon held Thursday at First Baptist Church fellowship social hall. Reeves turned 100 on her birthday on Aug. 20. She was born in 1923 in Tulsa, Oklahoma, one of nine siblings, six boys and three girls. Reeves was the middle child.
