Cajun Prairie Society plans fundraising boucherie

The Cajun Prairie Habitat Preservation Society, an organization dedicated to the conservation of Southwest Louisiana’s endangered prairie ecosystem, is inaugurating their annual boucherie in Grand Coteau on March 18 and 19.
