By Heather Kirk-Ballard LSU AgCenter horticulturist Scientific research has demonstrated that gratitude has many health benefits. According to Harvard Health, studies have shown that taking time to reflect on things we are thankful for has a positive association with personal wellbeing and health.

After 55 years, an LSUE alma mater and fight song are being rolled out in various venues in November. The songs will officially premiere at the Fall Commencement on Dec. 16. The songs are composed by Dwight Jodon.

Economist predicts bumpy economy
