Arrest made in fatal hit-and-run wreck

A 34-year-old Washington man has been arrested in connection with a fatal hit-and-run crash on Jan. 26, a Louisiana State Police Troop I news release reports. Ryan Scott Soileau was charged with negligent homicide and hit and run. He booked into the St. Landry Parish Jail. Shortly after 8:30 p.

Driver, 23, dies in single-vehicle wreck on I-10 in Acadia Parish

Shortly after 10:30 p.m. Wednesday, Louisiana State Police Troop I was notified of a single-vehicle crash on Interstate 10 near mile marker 78. The crash took the life of 23-year-old Adrian Rubio Pascual of Iowa, Louisiana.
