The following are arrests by Eunice Police. Friday, Oct. 13 Daniel Gaspard, 54, 300 block of Corn, Eunice. Probation warrant. Joseph Lemelle, 58, 100 block of Baker Road, Houston, TX. Resisting an officer, driving under suspension, improper turning/signal required.

Pedestrian killed on La. 10 in Evangeline Parish 

 Shortly after 8:30 p.m. Friday, Louisiana State Police Troop I responded to a single-vehicle crash involving a pedestrian on La. 10 near Tiger Lane in Evangeline Parish. The crash claimed the life of 56-year-old Christopher A. Bellard of Ville Platte.
