The following are arrests by Eunice Police. Saturday, Sept. 23 Jamarcus Ceasar, 25, 1000 block of North Vivian, Eunice. No plate lights, no registration in vehicle, no proof of insurance, possession of marijuana. Justin Fontenot, 26, 1300 block of Te Mamou Road, Ville Platte.
