Candy Taylor Angona, 58, of the 400 block of Melville Street, Melville, has been charged with exploitation of persons with infirmities. St. Landry Parish Sheriff Bobby Guidroz stated on July 7 a family member reported that his father had been exploited by Angona, who had been caring for the victim.
