5 teenagers arrested for theft of horses in St. Landry Parish

The Louisiana Department of Agriculture and Forestry (LDAF) Livestock Brand Commission arrested two adults and three juveniles for theft of livestock. Investigators said the suspects are accused of stealing six horses from a local livestock market. The estimated value of the six horses is $2,200.

Sex offenders arrested in Acadia Parish

As a result of recent sex offender checks performed by the Acadia Parish Sheriff’s Office and Louisiana Probation and Parole agents, three Acadia Parish men have been arrested for violation of their registration requirements. Ryan C.

Four guys went live on Instagram Tuesday and showed up on Eunice Police screens and then landed in jail. Lt. Tony Kennedy said police were interviewing someone in the office on a routine day until they learned about the social media posting.
