Ville Platte victim not found until a day after wreck

The body of man killed in a crash on U.S. 167 at the St. Landry-Evangeline Parish line was not for more than 24 hours, according to a news release from Louisiana State Police Troop I. Shortly before 3 a.m. March 18, troopers were notified of a single-vehicle wreck on U.S. 167.
