St. Edmund Catholic School students participated in the VFW Post 8971 annual essay contest. The theme for the essay was “How I Honor Veterans,” for three fifth-grade students.
Glendale Elementary honored its Students of the Week for Feb. 18-22.
East Elementary students were treated to entertainment by Jo Jo Reed, right, and Tommy Wheeler recently. Also playing with them was East Elementary’s kindergarten student, Braeden Richard.
