The “Rendez-vous des Cajuns” Cajun Music Radio & TV show Saturday at the Liberty Center at 6 p.m. will have a performance by Wallace Trahan & Rice N Gravy.
Show starts at 6 p.m. The Liberty opens at 4 p.m.
Tickets are $5 for adults, and children ages 7 to 12 are $3.
Eunice High School held its Academic Excellence program on April 27 and honored and recognized juniors and seniors for their academics and achievements.
The program included announcement of Senior Hall of Fame.
Eunice High students recently participated in their inaugural Battlin’ Bobcats Food Fight to benefit the EHS Renaissance Café. This café is supported by students and staff of Eunice High to provide students of Eunice High School with food and basic hygienic items.
Roy Petitfils, a national speaker, spoke to St. Edmund students on April 11 on topics related to bullying. Petitfils has 20 years of experience working with young people and young adults.
Glendale Elementary honored students who were chosen as PBIS winners on the week of April 9. Pictured in no particular order are D’Kieliyana Janice, Brian Leger, Walker Brickley, Lane Ortego, Shawna Manuel and Halley Parker. Students were each awarded a prize from their principal Laura Lombas.
