Eunice Career & Technical Education Center held its end of the year program May 17.

Central Middle School students, teachers and staff released balloons Thursday in honor, memory and a farewell to a classmate and student Gavin Dupre. Dupre, 12, was a sixth-grader at the middle school.

A sixth-grader from Central Middle School, David Fruge, collected 11 garbage bags of gently used and new stuffed animals.

The home of Pat and Nancy Guillory located on the Perchville Road was presented the May Residential Yard sign by Bulb and Blossom Garden Club member, Lynn Pavich.

The “Rendez-vous des Cajuns” Cajun Music Radio & TV show Saturday at the Liberty Center at 6 p.m. will feature a performance by Brazoz Huval School of Music & Pelican 212.
Show starts at 6 p.m. The Liberty opens at 4 p.m.
