Eunice couple celebrates 70th wedding anniversary

Employee of the Week at Central

St. Edmund pet costume and parade

The fifth grade classes at St. Edmund recently held a Pet Costume Contest and Parade to help raise funds for the school and the St. Landry Parish Animal Control and Rescue Unit. They raised over $300 to donate to the unit.

Grandparents breakfast at East Elementary

East Elementary recently invited their grandparents to a special breakfast. Grandparents were able to visit students’ classrooms and view some of their work.

Poetry readers at Glendale Elementary

On Oct. 19, the Glendale Learning center held a poetry reading for parents. Parents were invited to listen to their child read poetry. Refreshments were served as parents enjoyed listening to their child read poetry.
