Tenants at Goodhope Place enjoy an Easter luncheon

Goodhope Place Apartments tenants were treated to an Easter luncheon provided by the complex. They enjoyed food and fellowship. The menu included spaghetti and garlic toast and drinks.

Jep Doucet Jerod and Jade Doucet of Eunice announce the birth of their son, Jep Maverick Doucet, born at Opelousas General Hospital, on March 30 weighing 7 pounds and 5 ounces. Maternal grandparents are Gerald and Becky Duhon of Basile. Paternal grandparents are Billy and Missie Doucet of Eunice.

The “Rendez-vous des Cajuns” Cajun Music Radio & TV show Saturday at the Liberty Center at 6 p.m. will feature a performance by Jason Frey & Lagniappe. Show starts at 6 p.m. The Liberty opens at 4 p.m. Tickets are $5. Starting at 10 a.m.

Church Point Ag, CASA partner to build children's Noah's Ark
