LSU Eunice has named Kristie Broussard-Leger to serve as interim dean of Health Sciences and Business Technology. In addition to her interim dean duties, Broussard-Leger will continue to serve as the program director of the Diagnostic Medical Sonography program on campus.

Etouffee Cook-off sponsors sought The Eunice Chamber of Commerce is seeking sponsors for the 37th Annual World Championship Crawfish Etouffee Cook-off, scheduled to take place on March 23 at the Northwest Pavilion.

St. Landry Parish public school reopen Thursday

All schools and offices in the St. Landry Parish School District will be open Thursday, Jan. 25. "While we acknowledge that some roadways may be impassable, bus drivers will assess the situation accordingly when picking up students," an announcement stated.
