Eunice Housing Authority Board members face ouster

Three members of the Eunice Housing Authority face removal possibly as soon as Tuesday’s city council meeting. The issue arose at a meeting Thursday to set the agenda for the Tuesday meeting scheduled at 6:30 p.m. in the Municipal Complex.

School job descriptions OK’d with exceptions

A job description for St. Landry Parish School Board teachers was approved at Thursday’s meeting with two exceptions. Union representatives objected to including a provision allowing the job duties to include performing “other job job-related duties as assigned.
