LDWF agents investigating fatal boating incident in Beauregard Parish

Louisiana Department of Wildlife and Fisheries enforcement agents are investigating a fatal boating that occurred on Nov. 15 in Beauregard Parish. The body of John F. Lowe, 58, of Deridder, was recovered from Bundick Lake around 12:30 p.m. on Nov. 15. Agents were alerted at approximately 3 a.m.

Arnaudville man charged with sexually assaulting juvenile

A 31-year-old Arnaudville man is charged with sexually assaulting a juvenile under the age 14. According to St. Landry Parish Sheriff Bobby Guidroz his office was notified on Sept. 5 that the juvenile had been assaulted.
