After several seasons as the head basketball coach, St. Edmund’s Nick Trosclair is moving to a place he excelled as an athlete – the Blue Jay baseball field.
Louisiana Department of Wildlife and Fisheries (LDWF) enforcement agents cited two Evangeline Parish men for alleged fishing violations in Rapides Parish on June 9.
The Bobcats advanced to the state baseball semifinals and four Eunice players were selected for the Louisiana Baseball Coaches All-State list.
With the rodeo season complete, the McNeese State University men’s rodeo team is the champion of the National Intercollegiate Rodeo Association’s (NIRA) Southern Region while the women’s team is the reserve championship team.
