LSU AgCenter scientist trains Haitians on proper nutrition

By: Johnny Morgan, jmorgan@agcenter.lsu.edu BATON ROUGE — A nutritionist with the LSU AgCenter School of Nutrition and Food Sciences has joined forces with the University of Florida Institute of Food and Agricultural Sciences to improve nutrition for Haitian citizens.

June social at Goodhope Place Apartments

Tenants at Goodhope Place Apartments enjoyed an afternoon to cool down with cake and ice cream. Tenants were treated to vanilla cake with Neapolitan ice cream for a birthday party celebration of the month.

VFW Post 8971 racks up state awards
