TICK students honored at East Elementary

AR Students of the Week honored at Highland

These Highland Elementary students received Sonic AR Student of the Week awards. They each earned the title for a week in April and May for working hard in the Accelerated Reading program, exceeding their goal, maintaining a 95 percent or above, and reading record numbers of books.

Outstanding Young Christians at St. Ed

Each grading term at St. Edmund, one student from each grade is chosen for demonstrating Outstanding Christian character. During St. Edmund’s Award program, held May 24, students were honored for the sixth six weeks of the school term.

Woodman of the World Award

Perfect attendance named at Eunice Elementary

Birth notes

Paisley Ambres Dana Duriso and Mildon Ambres announce the birth of their daughter, Paisley Camile Ambres, born at Acadian Medical Center on May 15 weighing 8 pounds and 13 ounces. Maternal grandparents are Shannon and Danny Francis. She was welcomed home by Milton Ambres.
