East Elementary recognizes drug awareness

East Elementary students recently celebrated Drug Awareness with many activities and events on campus. One day during the week of Oct. 22 students were allowed and privileged to wear red.

Time to get a flu shot

It’s not too late to get a flu shot.
Even though the flu season usually begins about now, the vaccine will protect you within about two weeks. The season typically peaks in January or February and runs through May.
