Fall lawn care tips

It doesn’t seem like fall is here. The official date of the beginning of the season was Sept. 22. I’m looking forward to experiencing cooler temperatures and enjoying outdoor activities.

Sizzler fun at St. Thomas More annual fest

St. Edmund students donate blood

St. Edmund hosted a blood drive on Sept. 19. The United Blood Services mobile unit was on campus and faculty and students donated blood. In front from left are Kate Stagg, Abby Miller, Gabbie Fontenot, Caroline Bollich and Cici Trahan.

Employee of the Week at Central Middle

As part of Central Middle School’s PBIS (Positive Behavior Interventions & Supports) Principal Ranolviaun Landry implemented something new on campus, Employee of the Week. Rosa Kidder, a fifth-and sixth-grade resource teacher, was chosen Employee of the Week for Sept. 18 -22 week.
