Tomb of the Unknown guard from Louisiana describes his duty

Former Army Sgt. Benton Thames has a unique story to tell about his service. About 650 soldiers have served as guards at the Tomb of the Unknown Soldier at Arlington National Cemetery. Thames is one those guards and one of two guards who came from Louisiana.

Dupre recognized as 2017 Mercy Award winner

Mercy Regional Medical Center and Acadian Medical Center recently announced that Phillip Dupre has been recognized as the hospital’s 2017 Mercy Award winner. Dupre is a mechanic in the plant operations department.
