Eunice improved to 6-2 on the season and 1-1 in District 5-3A as the Lady Cats rolled to an 18-2 victory on Thursday over the Northwest Lady Raiders.
MERRYVILLE – The Lady Blue Jays picked up their first district win of the season as St. Edmund grabbed a 5-3 road win over the Merryville Panthers.

LAKE CHARLES – The St. Louis Saints scored the winning run in the bottom of the seventh inning to capture a 7-6 victory over the Eunice High Bobcats in action Monday at Legion Field.
The annual John R. Young Chevrolet/Frey Holding Company begins today with 28 teams partcipating at nine different locations.
“We are looking to finaly get to play some games at home,” Eunice High head baseball coach Scott Phillips said.
MONROE – The Eunice High Bobcats completed their annual trip to the Trey Altick Louisiana Baseball Prep Classic with two wins and two losses.
The Bobcats opened play against the Jena Giants in a contest held at the Sterlington Baseball Complex.
OAKDALE – The Lady Bobcats improved to 4-2 overall on the softball season as Eunice grabbed two wins in the Oakdale tournament.
The Lady Cats opened with a 5-2 win over Oberlin and closed the tournament with a 10-8 extra inning win over Westlake.
