LSU Eunice will host its annual URSI Symposium on Oct. 27 inside the Dr. Anthony Mumphrey Center on campus.
URSI, or Undergraduate Research Summer Institute, allows LSUE students to conduct research projects with campus faculty.
The four research projects will present their findings at 3 p.m.

The Tri-Parish lags behind the state and nation in most health rankings, according to the 2023 County Health Rankings and Roadmaps issued by he University of Wisconsin Population Health Institute.
Some 24% of St. Landry Parish residents live in poor or fair health.
