1st Baptist accepting Food Bank donations The First Baptist Church of Eunice, 331 Park Ave., is accepting donations to the Eunice Food Bank through Wednesday. Hours are 8:30 a.m. to noon and 1 to 4:30 p.m. The Eunice Food Bank is located at 251 W. Park.

Sanders Joseph Boone

A funeral service for Sanders J. Boone, 78, will be held on Tuesday, May 16, 2017 at 10:00 AM at Quirk & Son Funeral Home. Burial will follow at St, Thomas Chapel. Deacon Gary Gaudin will officiate. Sanders passed away on Saturday, May 13, 2017.

Eunice High’s McLemore wins national honor

Kristy McLemore, Eunice High School assistant principal, was caught off guard early Friday morning prior to the annual Eunice High Class of 2018 Ring Ceremony. Little did she know that she was on the top of the program.
